blt software package provides the BLT extension library for Tcl/Tk - run-time package, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install blt
blt is installed in your system.
Make ensure the blt package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep blt *
You will get with blt package name, version, architecture and description in a table
